How long does a typical editing order take?+
Standard turnaround is 12–24 hours. Rush delivery in as little as 4 hours is available on request.
What file formats do you accept?+
RAW (CR2, NEF, ARW, DNG, etc.), TIFF, PSD, and high-resolution JPEG. We deliver in your preferred output format and color space.
Do you offer a free trial?+
Yes. New clients receive 2 free edited samples so you can evaluate quality, style match, and turnaround before committing.
How do you handle revisions?+
Unlimited revisions are included on every order until you are 100% satisfied with the result.
Is my work confidential?+
Absolutely. We sign NDAs on request and never reuse client images for marketing without explicit written permission.
What does pricing look like?+
